Wheat bags are fragrance free, if you would like it to have a fragrance simply sprinkle a couple of drop sof essential oil to the fleece material.
Wheat bags can be used hot or cold. To use hot simply place in the microwave as per the instructions. To use cold place the wheat bag in a plastic bag and put in the freezer for 2 hours.
