How to Activate Your Heat Pack


Locate the metal button inside the heatpak	Check whether the button is concave or convex and pop it the opposite way with your fingers	Wait 10 seconds for the fluid to crystalise
Your heatpak is now ready for use

Re using your heatpak


To re use place in a pan of boiling water	until the fluid becomes transparent
